The MundoGEO#Connect will happen from June 14 to 16, at Centro de Convenções Frei Caneca, in São Paulo. The event concept comes from the perception of the MundoGEO Group about the new demand for information from professionals involved in geotechnologies. More than a meeting industry professionals, the event format is unprecedented in Brazil: brings a fair of products and services, besides lectures, discussions and workshops that will be interactive, enabled for online broadcasts, through Twitter and webinars. The slogan “The future of the Maps has arrived!” is inspired by the new relationship between users with maps and technologies besides current applications of geoinformation.
Aiming to encourage more interactivity among participants, the MundoGEO#Connect opens space for cases submission. Sending the case until March 23, participants can join the grid of lectures and discussions of the event. There are several issues that can be addressed, including: Foundations of Geospatial Data Quality, GeoWeb & Location Based Services, Aerial an Orbital Images, Georeferencing of Rural Properties, Land Management and Geoinformation Trends in GIS (Desktop, Web and Mobile).
